If you are not satisfied with your design you have two business weeks to let Elephat know of any changes that you want. Once the two weeks are over any additional changes will be billed at a $65.00 an hour charge or up depending on job specs.
Most orders are fulfilled and out the door within 4 business days. If you selected an expedited shipping method like Second Day or Overnight, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude most US holidays. Once your order ships, it will take 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address.
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00 pm Central Time will generally leave our business by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST or on Sunday and holidays will generally leave our business within 2 business days.
We do not Color Match: Colors may change job to job ***DISCLAIMER***is allies to anything printed in our shop.
To avoid art fees, all art must be provided in the colors you would like printed. DTFe transfers will be printed in CMYK.

If raster images are provided, they must be minimum of 300 dpi at requested size on a transparent background.
Make sure you know the size of your files printed as we go off your selection or do what is best.
Upload a single image design file OR a design file with multiple images included (max size 23″ x 13″) and transfers will be shipped to you on a roll or in an envelope , ready to cut and apply.

Accepted files types: .AI, .SVG, .JPG, .PSD
*Single customer order volume is currently limited to $600 for next-business-day shipping. Orders totaling more than $600, even if separated into multiple order submissions, will result in additional business days for production. Actual ship times will be provided during checkout.
While uploading your artwork, please ensure that your files are free from any extra space around the artwork. This is important because we will print exactly what you provide. more info HERE
