I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Romy at Elephat! I called him late on a Friday afternoon with a client project dilemma that I spent days trying to solve. I was running out of time to complete the project. Romy was so nice, he invited me to come over to the shop so we could try a few things. He spent 2 hours with me trying different options! We found a solution that worked perfectly! I have never met a business owner that would take the time (on a Friday afternoon too!) and genuinely cared about my project as much as I did. Thank you, Romy!! You are AWESOME!

My daughter had a specific vision for her wedding Save the Date cards. We wanted them printed on specialty paper which posed a problem with other printers. We met with Romy and he immediately was all in on helping us achieve our dream. He is so knowledgeable about his craft and explained the process in a way that made sense.
