Probably the best customer service received to date. From the moment I contacted Elephat printing I received nothing but a "can do attitude". It was very obvious the Shop owner takes extreme pride in his buisness. From the exterior and interior appearance to the professional knowledge of his craft... I needed hundreds of dynamic digitizing of important documents. Was able to get a fast turn around in the exact.pdf formats and folder organization I needed. Quick turn around, excellent communication, fair pricing, and quality product. Highly recommend! I reached out about having a custom tee shirt made for my son's birthday. They took my ideas came up with a few design options, tweaked it until it was exactly what I wanted. Oh and he did it all in just a few hours!! From my first call to picking up the final product in LESS than 5 hours, for a custom shirt!! They even added my son's name to the back. Amazing service! This is the worse local business i have ever dealt with. I placed an order for T-shirts and they asked me to send pictures i want printed.I sent the pictures and waited for 3 days with no response from them. And i had to call them over and over to get a response. Also, they poorly quoted my job, and later wanted to charge me more. When i get upset, they decide to refund my money.I guess they have lots of money to the point that they don't care about cuatomer service!read more

I had an event coming in four days that I needed tshirts made for, so I turned to the Internet and ordered them through a company that couldn’t deliver on time. Thankfully I found Elephat, a local business and within a few hours they made the exact same tee’s for me AND it was $50 less than the original order I placed online. Darrin (sorry if I misspelled) was so great! He saved my butt! I will bring all of my printing needs to you guys every time and send any business I can your way! It smelled like excessive marijuana is smoked throughout business hours. Quality of work is up to par, however the interaction with some employees can be very overwhelming and uncomfortable. Not planning on returning.read more

About six months ago I needed a custom decal for my business, Sky King Fireworks. The decal was printed and cut expertly, and Romy installed it perfectly. One of my close friends invited a few of us to the beach with her for her birthday weekend. I had the last minute idea to create T-shirt’s of an iconic moment that forever bonded and solidified our friendship. The shirt consisted of screenshots from various videos from a certain event. I’m not the biggest fan of graphic tees, and have seen many collage T-shirt’s before; I was worried about them turning out cheesy or cheap-looking. Romy assured me that I did not have to worry. He later sent me a mock up of what he had come up with. Not only was the end result amazing, but it was hilarious! He really listened to my concerns and executed the design In a way that far exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that I had given him free-reign to do what he wanted with the design.To top it all off, the quality of his shirts as well as his vinyl is UNBEATABLE. The Bella-Canvas tees are my absolute favorite, and the vinyl is a matte finish, and only gets softer and softer with each wash.I would HIGHLY recommend his services to any and everyone. Whether you know exactly what you want, need a custom design, or are totally unsure... he knows just what he’s doing. Not to mention his turnaround time is unmatched. We are so lucky to have Romy in our neighborhood! Amazing service! I brought him a design that seemed impossible: I needed a verse from the Bible printed on a huge fabric in another language. He took the time out of his day and helped me complete the project in a couple of hours! The finished product ended up looking better than I imagined.
