CLIENT ARTWORK & PRINTING WAIVER

Artwork Approval, Color, Design Services & Rush Orders

By submitting artwork and/or placing an order with Elephat Printing & Design, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. CLIENT-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

The client is responsible for providing artwork that is print-ready, accurate, and free of errors.

Artwork submitted by the client, including but not limited to AI-generated artwork, PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI, Canva designs, or other digital files, will be printed as submitted unless otherwise agreed upon.

AI-GENERATED ARTWORK IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROOFED, CORRECTED, REDRAWN, OR REPAIRED.

Elephat Printing & Design does not guarantee that AI-generated artwork will print exactly as it appears on a computer, phone, monitor, or other digital device.

If the client requests that artwork be edited, corrected, recreated, cleaned up, vectorized, resized, redesigned, or otherwise modified, design charges may apply.

2. DESIGN & ARTWORK SERVICES

Any artwork preparation or design work performed by Elephat Printing & Design beyond basic production setup may be considered a billable design service.

Design charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Artwork cleanup
• Background removal
• Vectorizing artwork
• Redrawing artwork
• Recreating artwork
• Editing or modifying existing artwork
• Fixing AI-generated artwork
• Typography or layout changes
• Color adjustments
• Creating new artwork
• Converting or preparing files for production

Design fees are separate from printing/production charges and are non-refundable once the design work has been performed.

Payment for design services does not guarantee that the client will approve or ultimately use the design.

3. COLOR MATCHING

Elephat Printing & Design does NOT guarantee exact color matching.

Colors may vary between:

• Computer and phone screens
• Different monitors
• Digital proofs and printed products
• Different types of apparel or substrates
• Different print processes
• Different batches of materials
• Different printers, inks, or production methods

RGB, CMYK, Pantone, and other digital color values may reproduce differently when printed.

Unless a specific color-matching service has been quoted and agreed upon in writing, the client accepts reasonable variations in color and understands that exact color matching is not guaranteed.

4. PROOFS & CLIENT APPROVAL

When a proof is provided, the client is responsible for carefully reviewing all text, spelling, names, dates, numbers, images, colors, sizing, placement, artwork, and other details before approving the order.

Once the client approves a proof, the client is authorizing Elephat Printing & Design to proceed with production.

YOUR APPROVAL IS FINAL.

Once the invoice/order has been paid and approved, the client confirms that they have reviewed the proof and accepts the artwork and production details as shown.

Elephat Printing & Design is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork or proof.

5. CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL

Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges and may require a new proof.

If production has already started, additional changes may also result in reprinting or production charges.

6. REFUNDS

Once design work has been performed, design fees are non-refundable.

Once an order has been approved and production has begun, the order may not be cancelled or refunded due to changes of mind, incorrect client-supplied artwork, client errors, or failure to review the approved proof.

If Elephat Printing & Design makes a production error that differs from the approved proof, the issue will be reviewed and, when appropriate, corrected or reprinted.

7. RUSH ORDERS

Orders requiring expedited production, same-day service, priority handling, or production outside of our normal turnaround time may be subject to an additional Rush Service Fee.

Rush service is subject to production capacity, material availability, and approval by Elephat Printing & Design.

Payment of a rush fee does not guarantee that an order can be completed if production limitations, material shortages, equipment issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances prevent completion.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, names, and other materials submitted to Elephat Printing & Design.

The client agrees to hold Elephat Printing & Design harmless from claims arising from unauthorized use of artwork or intellectual property supplied by the client.

9. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By approving an order, paying an invoice, submitting payment, or otherwise authorizing production, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.

The client's payment and approval constitute final authorization to proceed with production.

The client understands that:

• We do not guarantee exact color matching.
• AI-generated artwork is not automatically proofed, corrected, or repaired.
• Requested design, editing, or artwork services may incur additional charges.
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs.
• Once an order is paid and approved, the approval is final.
• Changes after approval may result in additional charges.
• Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.
