I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Romy at Elephat! I called him late on a Friday afternoon with a client project dilemma that I spent days trying to solve. I was running out of time to complete the project. Romy was so nice, he invited me to come over to the shop so we could try a few things. He spent 2 hours with me trying different options! We found a solution that worked perfectly! I have never met a business owner that would take the time (on a Friday afternoon too!) and genuinely cared about my project as much as I did. Thank you, Romy!! You are AWESOME!

My daughter had a specific vision for her wedding Save the Date cards. We wanted them printed on specialty paper which posed a problem with other printers. We met with Romy and he immediately was all in on helping us achieve our dream. He is so knowledgeable about his craft and explained the process in a way that made sense. We worked together to find a solution and it resulted in the perfect Save the Date card! The quality of the print was amazing and we are so excited for our friends and family to receive them. I wanted to give my students shirts as an end of year gift. I had ordered custom iron on designs to place on the shirts I had gotten myself, but they did not arrive in time. I called the guys at Elephat and they were quick and efficient with the whole process. They able got me the shirts in a day's time and they look great! Highly recommend.

My wife and I met the owner of Elephat at York Pride, we were impressed and comfortable enough to trust him with some printing jobs. There were a few bumps, but the owner responded in a timely manner and together we came up with a solution that everyone could live with.Honestly, it's not Even the quality of his products that has sold us on him (quality is fantastic). Probably the best customer service received to date. From the moment I contacted Elephat printing I received nothing but a "can do attitude". It was very obvious the Shop owner takes extreme pride in his buisness. From the exterior and interior appearance to the professional knowledge of his craft... I needed hundreds of dynamic digitizing of important documents. Was able to get a fast turn around in the exact.pdf formats and folder organization I needed. Quick turn around, excellent communication, fair pricing, and quality product. Highly recommend! I reached out about having a custom tee shirt made for my son's birthday.
